C.E.R.T.S. Adult Action Centers are located in New Castle and Kent Counties.
C.E.R.T.S. was originally founded to support young adults with multiple, severe disabilities as they transitioned from school to adult life and had a maximum admission age.
In October 2012, the Board of Directors voted to expand the mission of C.E.R.T.S. to include adults of all ages who are able to participate in an active, movement oriented day program: The mission of C.E.R.T.S. is to enrich the lives of adults with multiple, severe disabilities and their families through an active, personalized day program.
Programming at C.E.R.T.S. Adult Action Centers is focused on providing life enriching experiences while encouraging the highest level of independence possible for each participant.
