On Thursday December 3, 2020, C.E.R.T.S. will be participating in a Guest Bartender Event hosted by the BBC Tavern and Grill located in Greenville DE.
This will be our 4th year for this event. Success is due primarily to our volunteer bartenders. There are 18 people who work in pairs for 20 minute shifts alongside BBC staff. The event is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Each guest bartender donates a bottle of wine to be part of a raffle where the wine is the prize. Raffle tickets are $10 each with the winner receiving 18 bottles of wine.

From this event, C.E.R.T.S. receives a percentage of all tips made from 6:00 to 9:00 along with 10% of the dinner receipts where CERTS was stated and 100% of the wine raffle ticket sales.
